As a two-sided marketplace for the skilled industrial trades, Surehand leverages both inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and user/customer acquisition. We believe that the development and delivery of compelling and useful content across all channels—combined with rigorous testing, measurement, and refinement—are critical components of our overall marketing strategy.
We are currently seeking a highly creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the content program and inbound marketing funnel for our growing company. You will be in charge of driving site traffic for both our worker and employer segments; converting that traffic into new users or customer leads for the business; and nurturing those leads through conversion.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can define the inbound marketing plan from the ground up and execute it with minimal oversight.
