Surehand, Inc. seeks an experienced B2B customer success professional to serve as an Employer Success Manager (ESM). The position is focused on leading customer success initiatives for our Employer segment; keeping the company focused on customer delight and measurable outcomes; and playing a key role in informing the future of the Employer user experience. The ESM will deeply understand customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and user feedback. Turn insights into onboarding and retention strategies and provide input into the product road map. You’ll build the customer success function from a blank canvas and be involved in all aspects of Employer support, account management, customer onboarding, and supporting conversion of trial accounts to paid subscriptions.
